Glowboard ("we," "our," or "us") is a testimonial collection and display platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our service, including our Shopify App.
Testimonials submitted by your customers are your data. We process them on your behalf to power the Wall of Love widget. You can delete any testimonial at any time from your Glowboard dashboard.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days. Testimonial data is deleted immediately when you remove it from your dashboard.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at glowboard@polsia.app.
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Our Shopify App (Theme App Extension) embeds the Glowboard widget into your store. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any Shopify customer data. It renders your approved testimonials from the Glowboard widget URL you configure.
